Stunning Modern apartment in a perfect location , bus Stop 5 minutes away that takes you straight to Santa Claus Village and Supermarket 10 mins walk , This Apartment is a MUST to stay in ! Cannot recommend it highly enough.

Tutto!!! Appartamento meraviglioso, ancor più che nelle foto. Dotato di tutti i comfort, cucina attrezzatissima, due bagni, sauna privata, elettrodomestici moderni, Wi-Fi veloce, parcheggio privato. Nonostante le temperature siderali la casa era sempre perfettamente riscaldata e totalmente isolata dall’esterno. Ottima comunicazione con la splendida host Milla, sempre disponibile e di aiuto.

Nulla, tutto magnifico. Da tenere presente che la struttura non è situata in centro, pertanto un’auto può risultare molto utile per spostarsi agevolmente.

The property was spacious and immaculate. It had everything you needed right down to dishwasher tablets and sledges for anyone to use. It really was a wow moment when we walked in. It was an 8 minute walk to a supermarket which was great, and 10 mins in taxi to airport or Santa Claus village. I’ve already recommended it to others.

La ubicación es perfecta, no está en el centro pero estás cerca de todos lados, puedes usar taxi o uber para moverte. Las camas son súper cómodas y la limpieza es muy buena. La decoración es elegante y se ve todo nuevo. El sauna está muy fácil de usar y Nos sentimos como en casa :)

We have just returned from 5 nights in apartment B5. The apartment was amazing, warm, cosy & spacious for a family of five. The Christmas tree was a nice touch! The beds & bedding were very comfortable, including the sofa bed. The kids loved using the sleds provided to play out the front in the snow. It was -27’c during our visit & it was lovely to warm up in the sauna afterwards. The location was perfect for our visit to meet Santa, approx 7/8 mins drive from Rovaniemi airport and around the same distance to attractions like Santa Park, Snowman world & Santa Claus Village. I’ve never rented a car before on holiday but I found the roads fine with the winter tyres & Sat Nav. There is a car space provided at the accommodation with a canopy. There is a small K Market shop 5mins drive away to pick up groceries. Bigger shops are located closer to the city which is also less than 10mins drive. WiFi worked perfectly & Milla responded to any questions we had during our stay. There is a bus stop 5mins walk away but we didn’t use the bus network Tips for your stay: -The numbered door you see as you arrive is not the entrance door, you need to follow the arrow around to the side of the building. -There are drawers inside the drawers in the kitchen.. it took us awhile to figure out where the cutlery was! -The sauna instructions are inside the welcome folder. We will hopefully return in the future!

Great location, very clean and comfortable homey feel!

It’s was super cosy, extremely well equipped for self catering.. Sauna was fantastic to have, the kids enjoyed the use of the sledge, brilliant idea to have them available there.. beds were so comfy, felt like a home from home . It was an ideal location, we had car hire but we had seen other families getting Taxis . We hope to return again and will for definite stay here .. Well Done

Magnificent brand new apartment. Extremely clean and decorated with great taste. The location is also great. Only 5 minutes drive to City/airport/santa claus village etc. Owner was very helpful and i can’t wait to come back!! also extra points for great wifi connection.
