A beautiful boutique hotel - feels like a spot of calm in the middle of the jungle. Cute little pool to relax in after a a day visiting chichiniza or the local cenotes. Very relaxing spot and the room was beautiful. Staff were were friendly .
No coffee in the room. Towels were threadbare and need to go in the bin. Stain on the bedsheet.

Muy bonito hotel con super pocos huespedes. La ubicacion muy buena, cerca de la ciudad y a 30 min del chichenitza. Los trabajadores muy majos, el desayuno muy bueno hay muchas opciones para escoger, muy limpio todo. Tienen dos piscinas: de agua caliente y de agua fria. Muy bien todo, en el hotel habia iguanas y tortugas :)

The pool was warm and easy to access.
The paving was uneven which made walking quite difficult. The beds are far too high off the ground - the mattresses are so thick that the linen didn’t fit. The floors are slippery and treacherous - especially in the bathrooms. There were insufficient pool loungers and towels for the number of guests. Service was very slow and one always had to go and find someone to serve you.
