Robbed.

Clean. Good rooms. Nice communal area.

It is unsafe. We were burgled whilst at the pool (a stones throw away from the apartment). Someone entered through the (locked) front door, stole euros and pounds amounting to €500 in total from multiple purses that were all hidden away in suitcases in separate rooms. One suitcase was locked and it had been ripped apart, broken. We were never told about a safe at the property, the only reason we found it was because the burglar knew where it was and left the wardrobe door open where the safe is. The property manager claimed they would get the CCTV footage after I sent the police report but they have since been ignoring my texts. The person who entered this apartment 100% will have had a key and someone else watching our every move at the pool, as we were back and to the apartment consistently throughout the day, always locking the doors and windows. It is not safe here. I would not trust the people who own/clean this property. You never know who has a key or watches you. We are all very shaken up by this, our final days of the holiday were ruined as we were petrified. Booking.com were also extremely unhelpful, they said they would compensate and provide a refund (after all they allowed us to stay somewhere unsafe, and with untrustworthy management. Whilst on the phone, the server at booking.com heard my complaint and then did not respond, I stayed on the call for 15 minutes before giving up. Every time I have rang it is never resolved. Do yourself favour stay somewhere else, book a hotel through the hotel website or use AirBnb.

Alojamiento cómodo con gran potencial de mejora

La urbanización es tranquila, cuidada y con buena ubicación, a solo 5 minutos en coche de Marbella. Movernos en taxi o VTC fue muy cómodo. El apartamento es amplio y espacioso, con potencial para convertirse en un lugar excelente.

Sería recomendable prestar más atención a los detalles: algunos muebles están algo estropeados, las paredes agradecerían una mano de pintura y las duchas un repaso. Con esas pequeñas mejoras, el apartamento pasaría de ser “bueno” a “inolvidable”.
