The cabin (roubenka) is wonderful, new and thought of many details, and very spacious. Rooms are big and comfortable, with nice views. The property offers some great options - sauna, hot tub and barbecue zone.
We only rented one apartment out of the two adjacent apartments, but this property would be perfect for two families occuping the entire property.
Location relative to Cesky Raj seems PERFECT ! Very close to Troskamy, Hruba Skala and not far from Prachov.
The cabin itself is located along a lovely narrow road (with a private parking - which is a must for this road...), and the overall feel is calm and serene.
Over all stay was enjoyable, and we reccomend this lovely place !
Regarding kitchenware - it could be a little better equipped, for better cooking our meals (kitchen itself is very good), yet whatever we lacked the owner supplied the same day upon our request.
At first it felt communicating via Booking messenger didn't work well (instructions toward arrival, etc.) - but every *Email* message we sent was responded quite immediately and to our staisfaction.
Hot tub was operated and re-filled with new water only the day before our check-out, so we didn't have the chance to enjoy it in the cool evenings (it looks great).

The location was great, the apartment answered all of our needs.
The apartment was a little dark, few more light (or stronger ones) will go a long way.

High quality fixtures and fittings. Lovely gardens and peaceful. Very clean. Great extra such as the sauna and hot tub, although we didn’t use them.
Car needed as nowhere to walk too.
