The two-bedroom apartment (Room No. 313) looked old and poorly maintained. Several items were in poor condition, including the damaged door, floor tiles, and the washbasin sink and drain, which were particularly unpleasant and unhygienic.
The mattress and pillow covers were also not properly ironed and felt as though they had been previously used. Overall, the room requires better maintenance, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
