A short visit

Good location and transport access. A large well fitted out room.

Room a little dusty in parts. Bath towels a bit smelly, had probably been folded while still damp.

Very nice location, convenient place. The building was big, easy to find and nearby crowded places.

Well Located Hotel. Just A Few Minor Faults.

The location is good for the KLIA airport link, public transport and China Town. Great multiple U.K. / Asia plug sockets + multi USB bedside points. Lighting options. Good views from higher rooms. Mini Safe. Mini Fridge + Free Water. Free Wifi. Strong AC. Extra pillows, (in a secret drawer,) 1x firm & 1x soft pillow option. Well done 👏🏼 Very helpful staff and constant lobby vigilance by the ever present security officer.

Minor irritations that could very easily be sorted out - (Otherwise would have scored 10.) BBC News Channel listed but not available. (NO English speaking channels available.) No "sink" soap dispenser. (You have to step INTO the shower.) Not ONE single door or wall mounted coat "hook" in the entire room. Almost invisible, hazardously sharp, toe breaking step down into ensuite. (Ouch !) Most SE Asian capital hotels offer free loan umbrellas. (Not this one.)

It's a 3 star hotel with friendly staff.

Fast Wi-Fi.

The aircondition could not be controlled properly. It was very cold even if I set the temperature to 27 C, so I had to switch it on and off regularly. Breakfast food was really mediocre with limited selection, between toast bread, rice, noodles, beans and sausages.

Overall, it was a nice hotel for a budget trip.

Convenient location. Very close to pasar seni bus hub, lrt station and mrt station. Room is rather comfortable and has basic stuffs that I need: hairdryer, toiletries, hangers, free bottles of mineral water. Nice view of the city from room.

Most surfaces in the room were quite dusty. Saw some hairs on the floor when I first entered the room. Cleanliness can be improved.

Overall it was a good stay, location was very central to amenities, so easy to get around

Location was very good

The noise of the trains especially at night. Accumulation of dust in corners and around furniture. There was a break in the seal of one of the windows thus allowing cold air to come in.

Perfect location for weekend stay

definitely location and the great room design.

2 things: room air conditioned didn’t work and pillows. pillows too stiff and bulky so I couldn’t sleep well.

Close to train station.

There was only local channels on TV. You are a travelodge not only locals stay. No ash tray on balcony. People book balcony so they can smoke outside .

Comfy bed

The water heater took about 10minutes only the water become warm and hot. Size of the washroom is really tiny. Flooring without any carpet can be really uncomfortable. Aircond seem like malfunction because even turn off the aircond but still feeling cold.

was told last min that the check out time was 12:30 receive call at 12:18 asking my checkout time, when l told checking out at 13:00 was denied and was told 12:30 and after that have to pay half of the room rate. when checking out, went to the front desk asking about the same, then was told that can check out any time l want. Why after the fuss.

Good location very close to commuter train to Batu caves. Close to markets. Places nearby to eat and shop. Plenty of electrical outlets good air conditioning, hot shower

Excellent centralized location, public transport like lrt, mrt and chinatown all within walking distance

Very poor below standard housekeeping, bed sheet not clean, looks like a rush job, probably insufficient stuff, not sound proof wall, can hear train pass through early morning
