We booked the appartement for the 2nd time, this year again for 8 days. A great Location, near the beach and restaurants. Parking is good in reserved parking around the corner. Instructions are good, no person needed to enter the building etc.

The apartment itself was excellent - very clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped, with a great location. We really enjoyed the property and it was one of our favorite accommodations during the trip.
Communication and organization could be improved. The Wi-Fi password initially provided was incorrect and despite reporting that it did not work on three different devices, we were repeatedly advised to restart the router and contact technical support. The correct password was only provided on our final evening. There was also confusion regarding a paid late checkout: our request was declined, but the payment was still charged and we received an automated confirmation of the later checkout time. The amount was eventually refunded and the hosts apologized, which we appreciated.

L'appartamento è pulito, ben posizionato e moderno (anche se dalle foto, che sono un po'patinate, lo sembra molto di più)
Prima del soggiorno viene chiesto un deposito di 250 euro a titolo di cauzione oppure alternativamente 30 euro a titolo di assicurazione da pagare tramite carta sulla loro piattaforma di check in. Una roba mai vista dagli anni '90.
La stessa piattaforma è molto confusionaria e si capisce ben poco delle modalità di check in e check out. Le istruzioni per il parcheggio non sono chiare e anche altre informazioni fornite sono incomplete o errate.
Il check in è alle ore 17 e non è anticipabile nemmeno se, come nel nostro caso, l'appartamento è libero almeno che non si desideri pagare un sovraprezzo di circa 15 euro l'ora.
Anche il parcheggio non è fruibile prima di tale orario, almeno che non si paghi l'early check in, ça va sans dire.
