Abbiamo soggiornato in famiglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Struttura nuovissima e curata in ogni dettaglio, in una posizione ottima: tranquilla e riservata, perfetta per riposare, ma comoda per raggiungere le spiagge di Capo Vaticano e Tropea. La piscina è stata molto apprezzata da tutti, grandi e piccoli. Menzione speciale per Antonio, un vero padrone di casa: presente, puntuale e sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Torneremo sicuramente!

Pulita, ampia e moderna
In una settimana di permanenza dovrebbero prevedere almeno una pulizia a metà vacanza invece è a parte, almeno un cambio asciugamani, inoltre nelle specifiche della camera era Scritto sediolone, che non c'era.

We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment was great, clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped with a big fridge. The terrace was comfortable. The pool was amazing. We could also wash our laundry in the common laundry room.
We didn't have issues with thin walls and noise, our neighbours were well behaved🙂 Our apartment was not in the main building, which we liked.
There is a small beach down the road, nothing special but good for an evening dip. You need a car to reach other places, beaches and towns including grocery shops.
Personally, I would change the wording in the check-in and check-out messages. The context is quite negative and mostly about fines and fees in case you don't follow some rules. I understand these are important things to mention, but these can be also said in a different way also with welcoming the guests and thanking them having them.
