Très bel établissement qui combine une maison historique et un bâtiment moderne dessiné par un grand architecte. L'équipement des chambres et de l'hôtel est parfait (confort, climatisation discrète et efficace, éclairage, etc.). Le spa est joli et ses praticiens/masseur.se.s très compétents.

Le personnel et le service pas au niveau d'un hôtel 5 étoiles et du prix payé. Le petit déjeuner bâclé (oeufs brouillés trop salés, pancakes pas frais, etc.) pour 34€ par personne.

The housekeeping wasn’t okay for a 5-star hotel: 1. Had to ask for our shower gel and shampoo bottles to be refilled as they were empty when we checked in. 2. The shower towel wasn’t clean in one of the nights (there were lint and hair) - had to ask for a new one by phone. 3. They don’t refill the glass water bottles - had to ask for a new one by phone. 4. They don’t refill the paper tissue box at the bathroom - had to ask for a new one by phone. 5. Bathroom and toilet floors aren’t wiped daily. The shower/bath tub bottom is very slippery, which can be dangerous. I wish there were handles inside the bath tub to feel safe when moving around or entering/exiting the bathtub. I slipped twice while exiting the bathtub - the second time, my toe nails brushed through the drain hole and got cuts with little bleeding. There was no trash bin in the room; only in the toilet and bathroom. The breakfast buffet was okay but does not offer a wide range of food.
