Great location , amazing property, great rooms and friendly staff.
Pool was overly chlorinated and the sun beds / facilities on beach could do with improving. Finally maybe a vending machine if the bar is only in the morning and from 4pm - just to if you are chilling by the pool you have the option to purchase a drink without waking to shops.

Location lovely. View exceptional. Our room was of the larger gear and spacious with large spacious bathroom with nice shower. Close to little port town.
There is no reception. Difficult to contact anyone. Fridge making loud sounds in the room. Bright lights shining through the door at night. Toilet seat broken. Sun loungers by pool can not recline. Need to ask for fresh towels. They claim to be a hotel but more like rooms to rent.

The hotel is beautiful. The views and the room decoration (and the parasols) are picture perfect but that’s not enough in our view. The room was small but lovely; very comfortable bed, great shower, excellent fridge, lovely products and good hairdryer etc.
We love Abelaki bay and the proximity to Vathy town so the location is great but we assumed the beach bar would be open during the day in peak season (August) and it wasn’t. It is described online as an all day bar and despite it saying on the menu and online that food is served daily from 1230 - 2300, it was closed for our stay. So there was no life or atmosphere near the hotel unless you walk up and over the big hill away from the hotel into town to get food or water. We arrived thinking we’d get something for lunch for example and there is nothing there. It feels unfinished as a complex and certainly wouldn’t describe it as a beach bar vibe.
The breakfast is included which is good (you eat at the beach) and the kayanas (scrambled eggs) was delicious. But the service was poor and waitress was rude. We arrived for breakfast 10 minutes before 11am as we’d said we would and they’d already closed up and she made us feel very unwelcome.
We took a transfer from Spilia port (€20 each way) and the driver was super nice and very knowledgeable about the area.
Sadly the hotel is more style over substance. And it’s not really a hotel, more a small apartment with a shared pool. There are no facilities or reception so it’s very quiet, which is probably great if you’re looking for total quiet and a peaceful retreat. But for us as a small family, it felt like we were too noisy all the time so we went out for the day.
The shared seating area near the pool is nice but the sun loungers are very very uncomfortable and are also low down underneath the pool so you only have a view of the wall. The two sun loungers on the pool terrace are only for guests in the ground floor room. Our balcony and view was stunning, but again we couldn’t sit on the chairs because they were too uncomfortable.
