Sempre me hospedo neste hotel quando vou a Campinas. Nao ha surpresas
Está precisando de manutenção nos apartamentos. Ha portas sem trinco, problemas no piso, etc. Poderia caprichar um pouco mais

O atendimento foi um diferencial, esse quesito superou as expectativas, todos os funcionários da recepção prestativos e simpáticos sempre tentando ajudar. Roupa de cama bem limpa.
O hotel poderia passar por uma modernização tem um aspecto de antigo por dentro. Principalmente os banheiros e mobília.

The staff was very helpful and friendly.
It didn't meet my expectations at all! Very expensive for no comfort..The bed was uncomfortable and there were holes in the curtains. Carpet looked very old and sofa had awful stains on it.
