A lovely, spotlessly clean apartment. Two very good double bedrooms with en-suite. The master bedroom was exceptional. Comfy lounge area with small kitchenette facilities. Perfect for breakfast.
The suite was an executive for 4 adults.
The suites are very private. There was no noise from the street outside.
The location was excellent with the Cathedral c. 5 minutes walk away. Very good bars & restaurants close by.
The complex also had a lovely roof terrace with pool which added to the experience.

Beautiful apartment, even nicer than the photos. In such a beautiful part of Seville, excellent location, easy to walk everywhere. Bed is so comfy! Everything was spot on.
I was slightly apprehensive as some reviews had mentioned noise from the street. But to be honest it wasn’t bad. If you need complete silence to sleep then maybe don’t stay here, but if you don’t mind a bit of ambient city noise then this isn’t an issue whatsoever. I personally like some ambient noise, especially when staying in such a vibrant city.

Apartment was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated and furnished. Ground floor apartment very quiet. Roof terrace and unheated pool lovely for sunbathing (and just about bearable for a quick swim in November) and great view of cathedral, especially at night - had it to ourselves even though all other apartments let. Location is ok, if built up - in a traditional, narrow street with buildings opposite and a steady run of cars and pedestrians but not excessively busy, a few shops, great restaurant (Casa Lonja) and bar (Inquieta) on street and lots more nearby, easy walk (10 mins or so) to cathedral, Alcazar, shops, Triana.
We had paid for a Premium Suite which I had understood to be first or second floor so very disappointed when we were put in a ground floor one. Was told that it was made clear on website but never saw that and haven't been able to find it since. The living room window was onto the street with a metal grille outside and often a car parked outside so no view at all, limited daylight and no sunlight. Had to have lights on most of the time. The bedroom window was onto an inner courtyard which was lit at night. The curtains allowed far too much light into the room and I slept very badly all week. Was told that the lights would go out or be dimmed at some point in the night but that didn't appear to happen. For our last night we were moved to an upper floor suite which had more daylight and sunlight. However, that suite had a toilet with a window onto the street which seemed to let in a lot of noise into the apartment - it was as though there was no window there at all or it hadn't been sealed in - very strange. So whilst this was a better located and much lighter apartment, it was let down by what I felt was an unacceptable level of noise from passing cars and from the bar opposite. These apartments could be a good choice if the ground floor apartments were significantly cheaper and noise levels in upper floor apartment can be resolved. Website needs to be much clearer about location within building.
