The apartment is beautiful and spacious, clean and cozy. Properly equipped and really close to the beach. We arrived at the end of August and the pool was open so we enjoyed it too.
Even before we arrived I asked for a baby bed for my son, they didn't bother to answer me at all and only two days before they wrote that there was no baby bed (when there was no longer a cancellation option). Then we arrived and there was no one to receive us on the spot. A message was sent on how to do a self check in, and no one was available to us! We couldn't find the key to the apartment, the time was 14:00 and we were out in the sun with no answer for about a whole hour! We were not explained about the place and the town and we did not feel from the apartment owners that it was important to them that we enjoy our time at their place. Just send a message on entry and exit. Very unkind and they were not available to us.

Generell wenig Ausstattung leider

"Lovely apartment with everything you need provided. Homely feel to it. Great location near Racanti bus station for buses to all places of interest and Catania airport. Weekly hop on/hop off bus ticket..."
