The view very beautiful from my villa and also can release my stress,next time i want to come again
The pipe in the master bedroom was leaking, causing water to drip continuously. In addition, the master bedroom door could not be locked, which affected our privacy and overall stay. I hope these issues will be fixed for future guests.

I love how family-friendly the place is….and the staff were kind too ! Loveeee !
We ordered hot and cold chocolate around 10-11pm, and didn’t expected them to be too sweet. Paid rm20+ for one chocolate cup so we put high expectation on the overall taste ….maybe someone can help to pass this message to the staff in cafeteria to lessen the sugar/milk ? Thank you

I paid for a private property but had access to all the facilities under Avani, which was a great perk. The atmosphere was superb and added to the overall experience.
There were a few aspects of this private property that I found concerning. Firstly, there was no Wi-Fi available, and the direct phone in my room was not working, which made it difficult to contact the reception for assistance. Additionally, the air conditioning was not cooling the room properly, and there was a minor defect in the bathtub that needed attention. Also, there was a wait for the buggy service during check-out, so I recommend checking out early to avoid delays.
