Easy access. Washing machine. Great location to have your bike with you.
It is a bit dark and downstairs, still with daylight. Did not matter, as I was outside most of the time anyhow.

Nice and cozy apartment, good enough for one person stay.
Tram and bus stops are near. Quite district. Moreover there was a small tea collection and ground coffee if you needed.
There were few small issues with a clogs in the bathroom, unfortunately.

Good flat, have a lot of sockets for charging, comfortable room, feels like it was cleaned before arriving but not all flat just mostly bath. Bit far from the center but it is optional,, for families with kids there is near a big kids play area.
The room cleaning was
not done properly, it was leftovers of other people food in the rubbish bin, to use plates you need to wash by yourself because it is dirty. I mean the room lady could write that she needs time to prepare a room but it is the way it is.
