The location is ok.
Very expensive hosts to talk to. Even though I sent them a video at the end with everything I left and washed after they warned us that we would pay €30 if we didn't wash the dishes and I thanked them and wished them a good day, they didn't even reply back with a hello, let alone thank me for choosing their location. But maybe I misunderstand the hospitality industry and have too high expectations. Anyway, leaving my claims aside, the location is ok.

It was cozy, secure and pretty close to the city center.
That it has only one AC in the bedroom. The shower drainage was a little bit clogged.

Goede locatie, op loopafstand van het centrum. Makkelijk gratis parkeren in de buurt. Op aanvraag konden we 2 uurtjes eerder inchecken. Op 4de etage, met lift. Rustig appartementencomplex.
De communicatie. Dit appartement wordt verhuurd door een commerciele instelling. Zeer onpersoonlijk, je wordt overspoeld met standaard emails, o.a. inclusief dreigingen van boetes wanneer de keuken niet wordt achtergelaten in de toestand zoals bij aankomst. In ons geval was dat inclusief gebroken glaswerk, een kapotte kurkentrekker, een lamp van de afzuigkap die niet functioneert en een niet werkende koffiezetapparaat. Melding hiervan gemaakt, geen reactie. Wel werd achteraf gevraagd om een beoordeling met 10 sterren te geven. Helaas kan ik met name door het achterstallige onderhoud en de ergelijke communicatie, er niet meer dan een 6 van maken
