Location of this property is excellent and we enjoyed the toys that were in the games room. The layout of the property is good and the kitchen utensils and crockery were plentiful.
This house was dirty ++ and we had to ask for housekeeping to come back again. There were cobwebs behind furniture and we had to wash all the plates and pots etc before we used them. The kitchen sink tap has green residue around base presumably due to a constant slow leak and the cooker has not had a proper clean in years so there is a lingering greasy smell. It is awkward having the dishwasher in the utility room and there is very little space to manoeuvre. It would be better to put it in the main kitchen. The sofas and chairs in the living areas are incredibly worn with threads hanging off. Covering them up with throws doesn’t disguise that!
