موقع المُنتجع والإطلالة على البحر
• الصور المعروضه في الموقع الإلكتروني لمباني مُجددة، وأغلب المباني الموجودة في أرض الواقع غير مجددة.
• الفطور في المطعم لا يرتقي لما هو معروض من حيث جودة الطعام.
• لم يتم توفير الضيافة ولا المناشف ولا المناديل في الفيلا إلا ثاني يوم من الوصول، والتي كان من المفترض توفرها قبل سكن العميل في الفيلا.
• الأشجار عند مدخل الفيلا تحتاج إلى تشذيب لانها تعيق حركة المرور من وإلى مقر السكن.
