Breakfast not included. The view from the room was fantastic. Facing west the sunsets were magnificent and thr massive boats moored directly below us were a sight to behold.
Laura, the host, was a great communicator and went above and beyond to help us with any questions. As a remote host, communication was done using what’s app and Laura always responded within minutes 🤞
Nothing at all. A lift would nice. Hehe. 🤣

We had an amazing stay at this accommodation in Syracuse. Ortigia is gorgeous and this accommodation was within walking distance of many great restaurants and places to see. Our room also had a beautiful view of the harbour. Would stay here again!
A tip for future guests: since the whole island is a ztl zone you can’t drive or park here during the day (unless you come during the early hours the ztl is open obviously, but the hours are inconvenient), we parked just before the bridge, it’s a big easypark car park that was about a 10 minute walk to the accommodation!

Superb location with stunning views over the yacht marina. The balcony is the perfect spot to watch the sunset.
Unfortunately there is a fair bit of noise in the evening from the fun fair on the promenade. Esp tricky if you like to sleep with the window open.

Great location.
Nice room.
Great balcony view.
Was no water for 2/2 nights could not shower any nights, nor use wc at night or morning, host did not take any responibilites.
If its a wide issue in Syracuse they should have tell it in advance, so we can go elsewhere.
This is unacceptable. And I hink it made us rightfully angry. It ruined our Syracuse stay.
Also host acused us for things that did not happen, but when I said provide videos from security cam, because I know its not true they refused, only sent random screenshots. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
We have video evidence, showed to Booking, they did not show videos.
Booking gave refund.
Without water issues it would be 9/10.
