Overall the apartment was very satisfying during our stay. Clean, comfortable, easy access, equipment with dining facilities, washing machine, fans, air conditioning, wide room spaces, living room, dining room. Very quick response from the owner and very clear instructions given. Easy to reach varieties of good foods. The apartment photos shown are the same during our stay.

Very close to Aeon Mall, large unit though a bit old
Low water pressure, some ants and cockroaches seen in the apartment.

The first allocated apartment wasn’t a nice experience stay . 😓
Thankfully able to switch to the 2nd allocated apartment which was better. Is a better well maintained , comparing with the first unit . Walking distance to shopping mall which is good for seniors
Although the whole house is well designed. The oven cannot even be used for reheating . 😅
