This apartment is situated in an excellent location, close to the centre of Moulins. The apartment includes facilities and a kitchenette, which I personally didn't use, as I only stayed one night. The WiFi internet worked very well. The bed was soft (I would've preferred a harder bed, but this was ok). Collecting the keys was very easy, using the instructions provided by the host; I picked up the keys from a locked keybox using a code. The price was affordable, which was important for me.
The apartment was not very clean (as other travellers had also pointed out). The host asked me to take out my rubbish and collect my bed linen and towels, as well as clean the space; otherwise, they would charge me a cleaning fee, which was not written in the description when I booked. This should be changed in the description, or it can be reported to Booking.com. I personally cleaned and did not pay this fee. Overall, this is rather a private Airbnb-style option.
