The building is new and has its own private parking area inside the complex. The parking spaces are marked according to the villas (S, A, B, C and D). I think villa S has two designated spaces, while each of the other villas has one, plus there is one additional unmarked parking space. There is also plenty of parking nearby, either along the street or in the large public parking area.
The sea is literally a few steps from the villa and the water was very clean.
The villa itself was very well equipped. There are balconies from the living room, the upstairs bedroom and even the upstairs bathroom. The air conditioning can be controlled separately from each room using wall-mounted controls, which was very convenient, and the rooms cooled down very quickly.
The kitchen had everything we needed: a fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, oven, four-zone ceramic hob and capsule coffee machine. There were plenty of plates, bowls, large serving bowls, glasses for water, coffee and drinks, as well as useful kitchen equipment such as a grater and colander. In the drawers there are knives, forks, spoons, trash bags.
There were plenty of chairs and tables, including portable outdoor tables. The villa also has exterior shutters, interior blinds and curtains, and a charcoal barbecue on the veranda.
Other useful things included a washing machine, iron, drying rack with plenty of clothes pegs, broom and dustpan. Dishwashing tablets were already provided, and the bathrooms had soap, shampoo and toilet paper.
The Wi-Fi was excellent throughout our stay. There are also TVs in both the living room and the upstairs bedroom.
Overall, the villa had pretty much everything we could need for a comfortable stay, especially for a group staying for several days.
Honestly, everything was amazing. The only minor downside for some of my friends was that our villa had two bathrooms instead of three. However, the owner explained that the other three villas have three bathrooms, while ours is the only one with two - and it was the only villa available when we booked.

За втора година сме гости в Black pearl villas. Вилите са перфектно поддържани, чисти, комфортни с широки стаи. Вилата е оборудвана с всичко необходимо (включително комплект за първа помощ, като при първият ни престой бях приятно изненадан, че има дори парацетамол, който ме спаси от температурата, която вдигнах!)за самостоятелно готвене, но същевременно е на една крачка от ресторанти, буквално сте на плажа и въпреки това може да се насладите на прекрасната тишина вечер за една истински пълноценна почивка. Специални благодарности и поздрави към собственика на вилите с радост ще се върнем отново!
Буквално няма такова нещо!

Absolutely wonderful stay! The rental was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located just steps from the beach. The views were beautiful, the home had everything we needed, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The host was responsive, welcoming, and made the whole experience easy from start to finish. It was the perfect place for a beach getaway, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
