Ligging op loopafstand en de inpandige keldergarage. Prachtig ingericht appartement met mooie keuken echter zonder vaatwasser of wasmachine.
Wat over de top ingericht gevoelig voor beschadigingen. Meer een toonzaal. De overdaad aan licht en niet geheel logisch ingerichte verlichting. De douche heeft duidelijk een upgrade nodig. Grote douchekop werkt niet. Het appartement ligt aan een drukke aanvoerstraat naar het centrum met dag en nacht veel verkeer(vooral motors) wat niet bevordelijk is voor je nachtrust in de hoofd slaapkamer die aan de straat grenst.

O espaço, está remodelada.
Garagem demasiado apertada para um sedan. Pouca pressão da água no chuveiro e o assento da sanita meio solto. Falta uma máquina de lavar roupa.

Konumu ve otoparkı olması oldukça faydalı
Mantonızu asacak bir askı dahi yok. Uzun konaklama yapıyorsanız yedek havlu yada çamaşır makinesi olması lazım. Ayrıca sıcak su basıncı çok düşük banyo almanız zor , mutfak ekipmanları çok eski.Sıcak su mutfağa hiç gelmiyor.
