I feel I’ve been scammed
Location. Near nice beaches and quick access to Leiria, where you can find a very nice shopping mall and others.
I paid for a 4x3 bungalow and the bungalow provided by the hostess was an ARC3. It looked nothing like the one on the pictures and that made me very upset. The bungalow provided did not have oven and coffee machine as seen on the original pics. After 2 days the hostess provided a coffee machine but the lack of oven was very inconvenient. I usually make my son meals that go in the oven. Microwave is in an unacceptable condition. Totally rusty on its inside, absolutely awful. I asked the hostess why I was moved bungalows at last minute and she gave me no answer. I am very unhappy because I pais for something and was given something completely different and by the way, not the same standard as per original pictures. The common areas were not well maintained, lots of full bins throughout and playground with many defects on its equipment.
Staff from Reception were either unprepared or a bit rude.

Não havia limpeza, cheirava a mofo o microondas tinha um cheiro insuportável e a televisão nem dava nada , contactei a proprietária disse me que ao outro dia ia arranjar nem caso fez

De nada mesmo uma desilusão
Boa tarde, para ser sincera uma tragédia,e realmente uma experiência a não voltar a repetir... por vários motivos...pela falta de limpeza... Cozinhar com a louça disponível nas gavetas com a sujidade que tem ou mesmo ligar o exaustor a colar de gordura nem pensar .... O pano da cozinha ou a esponja nem falar é bom,a tábua dá cozinha tinha tanta sujidade que as formigas inundavam a bancada ... As cortinas estão encardidas e todas manchadas...Os quartos estão cheios de sujidade, é só passar o dedo vê se á quanto tempo não foi limpo .... A capa do sofá está cheia de manchas e com um cheiro intenso horrível.
Sinceramente em todos os sentidos de lamentar... Os quartos nem é bom falar,e mesmo assim a vossa rapidez na resposta da roupa de cama que perceberam que isto não ia correr bem, e eu ainda paguei 12€ para dormir em lençóis limpos sim para não falar nas almofadas que não tem capas e estão cheias de manchas ... As mantas da cama todas têm manchas e até tinta ... Como é possível??? Mas sinceramente não nos sentimos nada confortáveis... E se não fosse ter as coisas marcadas ... Tínhamos desistido.... Contudo o parque em questão não está preparado para receber hóspedes, queríamos beber um café a máquina avariada,chegamos a precisar de bens de primeira necessidade não havia... Perguntei ao início se a piscina estava aberta e como é óbvio o tempo não estava convidativo mas a verdade é que encontramos a piscina no péssimo estado.... Mas enfim com muita pena nossa experiência a não repetir...
Para não falar que de manhã às 08h queria deixar a chave do bungalow e a recepção estava encerrada...
