From the outside, the buildings look like pretty cool and it was very easy to communicate with the host. The building is close to different bus or tram stops.
Even though it’s promoted as “platinum” and 4 stars (with several good reviews), we found a flat that is not well maintained nor cleaned.
The staff has been very kind when we asked to clean again, but it wasn’t really possible because they needed us to stay in the flat for the keys.
Once we got into the apartment, it was clear something was off: usually, you can smell clean air; but in this case, we could smell dust and humidity. We recognise that many surfaces were full of dust (not days, but accumulated), the carpet in the kitchen was dirty with remains of previous stays, the kitchen sink and counter were probably quickly refreshed but not deeply cleaned since you could see the stains. The worst part was the toilet: on the sink there were some hair and the shower glass and everywhere around had limestone accumulate perhaps for months.
On the doors you could see hand prints and some parts of the floor weren’t even been washed, with old dust still there.
In general the level of cleanliness was very approximate, definitely not done by professionals, careless; and overall the flat is not well maintained: the main door has a little part which is falling down, the towel rack is full of rust and partially broken, the door of the toilet is at a late stage.
Finally, the bed is uncomfortable.
