The location was beautiful and close to eveything we needed. A short walk to the Co-op and the centre of Masham, where there are lovely shops, pubs, cafes and a beautiful church. Other guests were respectful of others and friendly. A beautiful wetland very close where you can walk and view the fantastic wildlife.
We had no cutlery, not even a teaspoon supplied. There was a kettle, mugs, glasses plates and bowls etc. However I had packed some cutlery because we knew the room had a fridge, and so we were prepared to make sandwiches and eat a cereal at breakfast. We did assume this was just forgotten and because we had them with us we didn't contact the host. I felt however if we had of contacted the host it would have been sorted.

Perfect location, we were in Masham for the Steam Fair and couldn’t get any closer, very short walk to the venue.
Clean , a bit quirky but we loved it!

Houses beautiful, fantastic location.
Incredibly dated,so many ornaments.,dust catchers. Bedding towels and everything needs updating. Not a good room at all.
