On booking.com Tshilidzi and Tshedza is not the same thing.. the address on booking.com under Tshilidzi took us somewhere else.. but when we searched Tshedza it took us to where Tshilidzi is.. we found out that its the same thing. We didn't like the whole confusion

Staff were friendly and they assisted us well
We struggled to locate the property, using the address and business name on booking.com
They operate under the new name and changed the address. We had to call them to get new location

There was a very friendly young guy who works there and tried to assist me when I needed some help, which was really nice.
My room was not very clean, as there was glitter all over the room. I also noticed that some of the other rooms had the same issue. I’m not sure whether a party had been held before my arrival, which may have caused the mess.
My room did not have any towels when I arrived. I was told that they would be provided later because the towels were still wet at the time of my arrival.
The TV was connected to the Wi-Fi, but the Wi-Fi had no signal at all. My bathroom did not have hot water because the geyser was too small. I had to use a different room to shower that night. I was told that I could use the same room again the following morning, but when I went there, someone had already checked in. The staff then had to find an alternative room for me to shower in, which was not pleasant at all.
