Great place and location ,super clean and comfy
Charging an extra £6.50 to park my car ...its not needed and spoils the visit in annoyance more than anything

Central to the town and easy to get about with a pram. Easy to get around the hotel and large rooms
Only one pillow each and no relaxing space other than two hard armchairs.

the room was large, clean and spacious. The whole accommodation and communal areas were very clean. It is a very quite area of the town.
the breakfast was below average in our opinions. we will stay next time but take our own breakfast as the apartment had kitchen facilities.

It was in a good location and had a secure underground car park. The apartment was clean.
It was an old people’s home and that wasn’t explained at all on the booking.com site. There were healthcare staff at breakfast helping elderly residents. The breakfast was below average. It smelt of strong cleaning products throughout. There weren’t the usual hotel facilities you’d expect.
