Very central . Restaurants and Bars all in walking distance .

One observation the bedrooim facing the street has lots of windows with blinds , but they could install black out curtains to cut out the light at night .

The apartment was super clean, bright and spacious and in an excellent location. We liked that a pitcher for water filtration was available and a small tray to make some ice cubes. The laundry was also very convenient - but a few laundry pods would have been nice (we had to go buy our own in order to do laundry).

Access/parking - It was a bit or a hassle having and keeping track of the 3 separate codes to enter every time accessing the apartment - one for courtyard gate, one for building door, and one for apartment door. It was also very confusing where to go to unload luggage from our rental car and then to find 24 hour parking (we only had a rental car for a single night of our stay) the closest parking lots were not 24 hour so we had to drive to several before finding a lot several blocks away that allowed overnight parking.
We also had trouble accessing the extra bedding and towels inside the couch - a few photos in the guest instructions would be helpful.
Also, the apartment open concept layout was nice for spaciousness and brightness, but it was very awkward/inconvenient for multiple people sleeping, as the front bedroom had no door or separator from the main kitchen/living area. So the person sleeping there was exposed to noise and light from the rest of the apartment - light from the bathroom in particular, with the glass window between the adjoining bathroom shone into the room at night and morning light with no curtains. And anyone sleeping on the couch and light and noise from everywhere - the only room with blackout curtains was the 2nd bedroom.
Apartment management was not super responsive to requests made through the Booking.com messaging (as directed). No text messaging was available and I finally had to call to get a quicker response.
