Ideal apartment if you want to spend a few quiet days in a residential area near La Ciotat. The owner personally showed the apartment to us and left everything clean and tidy. Kitchen is well equipped, very comfortable sofa, great Wi-fi and TV, nice outdoor area with garden table. Bedroom is less spacious than the living room, but has a proper wardrobe. Car parking in the road next to the house it is a plus since you need the car to go everywhere. Washing machine available.
The apartment complex is under construction, so the stairs to access it are not finished and lack handrails, main gate is rusted and wobbles. Inside the main issues were: the broken WC water flush, and the air conditioning that is located only in the living room and fresh air is not reaching the bedroom.
Unfortunately the nice view overlooking the sea is not from the apartment, but from the parking lot.
