There was no breakfast.
I was asked to pay an extra 30euros as we were 4 to 3. The house was for four people. I would like a refund for this because at Booking .com there is no difference in the fee for 3 or 4. Communication was poor but fortunately the Parish Priest was helpful. There was no hot water and we discovered it quite late while going to bed. The host came early in the morning to put the warm water on. There were no provisions to welcome us except for the end of a packet of coffee.

When we arrived, hosts, Mr. and Mrs. Alvaro Binaglia, ceramic artists in Deruta, were waiting for us outside the front gate. They kindly explained the facilities and even personally transformed the living room sofa into a bed to neatly arrange the bedding. Furthermore, they showed thoughtful consideration in many ways, from before we arrived until we left. It was a time when we truly felt the warmth of the elderly couple. Located in the heart of a historic village, this accommodation is very quiet and surrounded by friendly neighbors. I highly recommend it for your stay.

Lå helt centralt i byen. Huset har alt hvad man skal bruge. Værterne var enorm søde og hjælpsom og gjorde meget for at forstå hinanden.
