Zeer ruim appartement met drie badkamers en een tuin achter. Zeer schoon en gratis parkeren in nette straat.
Een van de douches was erg luxe, maar wij begrepen niet hoe hij werkte. Gelukkig waren er twee andere.

The location is great. Close to the University.
The aprtament itsell is really nice. been renovated but little details not finiched.
it is a big aprtement with everything you need, lovely decorated as well.
The smell ... it was so humid and even if we did open the front and back door it did not go away.
To a point where all our cloths even if they remain in our carry on was smelling really bad the next day.
if that could be fixed it would be a superbe apartment.
Furniture in the back yard not usable, no coussins and broken chairs. it would have been nice to be able to sit outside. The pictures of the back yard are not accurate.

Apartamento com muito potencial e terraco muito agradavel. Equipamento da cozinha e possibilidade de cozinhar e ter maquina de cafe com cafe disponivel. Camas sao confortaveis e ar condicionado funciona muito bem.
Precisa de manutencao. As bacias vertiam agua, a coluna de duche nao veda e o WC fica alagado, o que explica o mau estado dos pes da bacia. Mobiliario do terraco precisa de manutencao e as obras a decorrer no predio, ainda que temporarias, quebram o espirito de tranquilidade do sitio

We chose this apartment because of it’s location (which is good; a 20 minute walk to the main Sintra city sights) and because of the quality of the accommodation. Whilst the bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable with high quality en-suite bathrooms, the apartment suffers from a number of drawbacks - see next section.
Noise, smell and adjacent accommodation issues experienced during our stay.. I do not normally write such detail for any negative comments. The apartment smells of damp throughout (there is inadequate fresh air flow). The adjacent building (on the left as you face the apartment) is being totally renovated - we arrived to the sound of jack hammers (the noise was very loud!). I queried this with the host (in particular why we had not been warned us in advance as clearly the work had been ongoing for some time - he offered to cancel our booking but said the workmen would finish by 5pm each day and this proved correct). The tenants in the floors above the apartment were very noisy; they made significant noise until 1.30 am for each of the nights of our stay.
