Hygiene, spacious room , suitable for family, and friendly staff, easy access to malls and restaurants.
Limited free parking lot. The rest will be park & pay using parkmax@johor

location - just a walking distance to AEON Kulai
There are a few convenience stores around the hotel.
There's no breakfast but there is a few nasi lemak hawkers operating.
Stay here for the 3rd time because of the location

a bit boring ,dull & very a basic hotel,enough for 1 night stay.
parking your car in front of the hotel but it a first come first serve term.

The room was clean , washroom was clean..
The guard was very friendly and accommodating..
I also requested for room with window since i am chronically claustrophobic and they did accommodate my request..
Very noisy.. kept hearing loud sounds from next rooms.. no face tissue paper in the room.. the woman staff extorted rm30 saying there was a makeup spot on the towel that i used for 2 nights whilst staying there.. she said she used her "hands" to try remove it but couldn't so its chargeable she also yelled that i should have used tissue paper to clean my self after shower before using their towel.... i felt that was a very petty and cheap way to extort money from customers especially i stayed for 2 nights there..
