Die Lage ist perfekt, nur wenige Meter von der Skiarena entfernt. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich. Die Gemeinschaftsküche sowie die Sauna sind sehr schön, alles ist sauber und gepflegt.
Wir haben ein Zimmer für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder gebucht, mit großem Doppelbett und Etagenbett. Bekommen haben wir ein großes Bett, ein einzelnes Bett und ein kleines Schlafsofa, das nicht einmal bezogen war. Den Bettbezug haben wir erst nach drei Anrufen und ca. vier Stunden Wartezeit erhalten.
Das Zimmer entsprach nicht der Buchung. Für vier Nächte war es gerade noch akzeptabel, aber definitiv nicht zufriedenstellend.
Zusätzlich hatten wir einen Parkplatz reserviert. Vor Ort stellte sich heraus, dass es keine reservierten Parkplätze gibt, sondern nur „wer zuerst kommt, parkt“. Auch das entspricht nicht der Buchung.
Die Organisation war sehr schlecht. Probleme ließen sich kaum klären, da das Personal an der Rezeption und im Service weder Deutsch noch Englisch sprach.
