Great customer service, Beautiful views, make the place fantastic. In nature with a lot of things to do, the front desk was very professional, attentive, and helpful from the beginning. Most definitely, I will come back again
Please add some trash cans in the galmping area for cleaning up purposes, as my wife noticed that

La localización ofrece una vista increible sobre el lago de TOTA. Las suites (galmping) tiene buenos acabados. la atención de todo el personal fue excelente, en especial la de Laura.
Para venderse como un luxuri, faltan detallescomo una bebida de cortesía, la calefacción de las suites no tiene la capacidad que se requiere y se siente frio desde el final de la tarde, no hay ni agua de cortesía en las suites, ni cafe. Solo un minibar bastante pobre (una agua y dos cervezas) y con costo, una cafetera sin caré y sin vasos o posillos, sin agua. En la zona húmeda solo funciona una ducha, no tiene dispensador de agua para hidratación, el baño turco no funciona.
