スウォンジー大学ベイキャンパスで用務がある場合は、とても便利です。開店時間は限られていますが、TESCOもあります。
良くない、というより気をつけるべき点ですが、受付の時間が限られています。私は、受付時間を見落としており、タクシーの運転手にセキュリティに連絡をしてもらい、なんとか、部屋の鍵を受け取ることができました。また、休日は受付スタッフが居られないので、何か用事があれば、セキュリティに頼む必要があります。

Didn't have breakfast and can not comment
To tell the guest to contact the security for their car parking to avoid getting parking ticket.
I was served parking first two days, as I was not informed to contact the security team to include my car registration number on the whitelist to avoid parking tickets.
It is good to pass out this vital information to the guests.

Clean spacious bedroom
Very little in the kitchen in the way of cutlery and crockery - probably half a dozen mugs between 10 people and a few tea spoons, a couple of forks and knives. No response from staff on their email address when asked to address it.

It was very well situated to attend a conference on campus
There was no soap in the bathroom and the mattress was awful. a welcome pack with small soap is necessary.
