Absolutely the best stay we had in Skiathos, no other place could match this. Incredible sea view, fantastic hosts. Sophia was very kind and Dimitri as well. Wish I can stay in this property next time I visit.

The location was excellent, with a stunning view of the harbor. Having morning coffee on the terrace was a real highlight. The apartment also featured two separate bedrooms, which was very convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is extremely convenient, as it is only one bus stop away from the airport, so taking a taxi is unnecessary. A bus ticket costs only €2.50, and buses run every 30 minutes. The restaurants and the beautiful harbor views exceeded all our expectations. The windows provide excellent sound insulation, keeping the apartment quiet despite the lively surroundings. The air conditioning was also a great advantage, especially on warmer days.
It would be nice to have a small cooktop or a microwave in the kitchen. The staircase was quite steep and narrow. A shower curtain would also be helpful, as the bathroom floor got very wet after taking a shower.

Views could only be seen when standing and no views if sat on balcony - which was very small. Description of good views and balcony misleading! Needs to be clear only when standing and balcony very small. Also better warning of very narrow stair case to studio

The location is excellent, directly opposite the ferry terminal, so it's worth being prepared for the noise and bustle from the port. The host was friendly and came to show us around the apartment. We stayed only one night.
We stayed in the studio, which is a loft apartment accessed by very steep and narrow stairs. It would be helpful if this were mentioned in the property description, as carrying large suitcases upstairs requires considerable effort.
The air conditioner was heavily affected by mold inside, and using it filled the apartment with a strong musty, moldy smell. We were forced to turn it off and slept with the windows open despite the heat. Overall, the apartment did not meet our expectations, and we felt that it offered poor value for the price.
