Private Double en-suite Room at the Groves

The accommodation is exactly as described. It’s not huge but manageable thanks to thoughtful design and layout. Bed was comfortable, bedding OK and the towels very good. In a small space, to have two chairs, a table, a fridge and microwave were all bonuses although there are a couple of takeaways nearby and it’s only a twenty min walk to town centre. A kettle and tray with mugs, coffee and tea was also provided along with some biscuits. I was impressed that decaf coffee was available. Parking was right outside the door. The host was available when contacted but otherwise kept to themselves. A very comfortable overnight stay with very thoughtful hosts.

We were going to a local pub The Farriers arms for a 60th Birthday. It was 2 mins away Walking.

Very comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. Very clean and well thought out. Filter coffee a bonus and a fridge really appreciated! Helpful hosts despite us arriving late. There was nothing not to like!

Friendly welcome, comfortable bed, beverages tray and everything I needed to enjoy my stay. A good location for exploring the lovely area. Booked because it’s Vegan 🌱
