Posizione eccellente: l’appartamento si trova nel piccolo borgo storico di Ostia Antica, con una bella vista sulla chiesa e sul Castello di Giulio II. È una zona autentica, poco turistica, dove si respira ancora una vera atmosfera di paese.
Spazi ampi: l’appartamento è più grande di quanto sembri nelle fotografie e la cucina è funzionale.
Gentilezza dei vicini: una vicina di casa è stata molto disponibile e ci ha aiutato a contattare la proprietaria quando abbiamo avuto difficoltà ad accedere all’appartamento.
Arredamento e stato dell’appartamento: l’allestimento è piuttosto datato e poco curato. Lo stile è una questione di gusto, ma gli spazi potrebbero essere organizzati meglio e il mobilio essere più pratico. Nel complesso, l’appartamento avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione, soprattutto considerando il prezzo attuale.
Poca luce e zanzare: essendo al primo piano, l’appartamento è abbastanza buio. Le zanzariere sono poco efficaci e, per sicurezza e a causa delle zanzare, è necessario tenere le finestre chiuse quando si è fuori e durante la notte.
Rumore: le finestre affacciano sulla stradina e sulla piazza della chiesa, per cui si sentono facilmente i rumori esterni e quelli dei vicini, anche durante la notte.
Accesso molto problematico: il sistema di accesso, pur essendo tecnologicamente avanzato, si è rivelato poco pratico perché il segnale internet all’ingresso dell’appartamento è molto scarso. Inoltre, abbiamo trovato problematico non avere un contatto diretto e personale con la proprietà.

Spacious flat in a historic neighborhood, beautiful area. Apartment was clean and well organized. No a/c's but fan was provided in the sleeping areas helping to make it cooler. Close to FCO and a neighborhood supermarket Self check in and check out via digital key. Host was easy to reach for any issues.
We went during summer so it can get really hot inside especially in the rooms without the fan. Unit is in the ground floor of a historic building so soundproofing can be an issue since it is a highly traffic area with nearby the restaurants and bars.

Gute Lage, historisches Gebäude- was vorher nicht so klar war
Große Ferienwohnung.
Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, was den Aufenthalt in den heißen Sommertagen sehr unkomfortabel gemacht hat. Hinzu kommt: sehr Hohe Feuchtigkeit, an mind. 2 Stellen sind Wände feucht und Putz bröckelt von der Wand(Schimmel), es riecht modrig.
Man kann nicht ausreichend durchlüften um einen Luftaustausch durchzuführen, da die Fenster sehr klein sind und davor noch Fliegengitter und Fensterläden sind.
