A very well presented cottage, full equipped for a short and long stay. We've stayed at numerous cottages over the years via Booking.com and this has to be one of the most well kept & cared for holiday home. The owner and property management company have clearly put in over and beyond effort to ensure this property is of high standard.
Sufficient public parking over the road and beautiful village on your doorstep - excellent location!
Very clear communication from the management team prior to arrival.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again when returning back to the Lake District.
Only slight observation was the clarity on how to get to the key box to access the keys.
We arrived at night and there wasn't any clear indication on emails / communication threads on where the key box is positioned. After looking around the exterior of the property, we noticed the key box is located inside the garden behind the wooden gate. Luckily the back gate was accessible and we were able to get to the key box.

House was very warm on arrival. Blinds in bedroom not sufficient to block out light.

Lovely and spacious, beautifully decorated, super comfy beds, located so centrally in the village.
Feather bedding as we're all allergic to it but that's an us problem!
