Everything about the stay was great. The view is magnificent and the apartment is not far from public buses.
Bed mattress a little hard, but that is just my preference. A cafetiere or coffee maker would have been great as not everyone drinks instant coffee. Check remote controls are working with plenty battery life in them as all but one of ours were dead.

The air conditioning works well, the kitchen has everything you need, and the cleanliness is excellent. There's access to the sea right behind the house, and there's a store nearby for small purchases like water or household items. A 5-minute taxi ride takes you to the city center, where you'll find a wide selection of restaurants, beaches, and more. Public transportation is also available and fairly frequent. We were concerned about the construction behind the house, which was mentioned in other comments, but to be honest, we didn't hear anything and it didn't bother us at all. People also mentioned street noise, but we didn't hear anything, day or night. When we were delayed for a while on the day of departure, the person who was in charge of the apartment was understanding and allowed us to pack in peace.
The only issue we noticed was the TV sound, it's a bit raspy, but overall not annoying. We'd also like more adapters for European plugs. But believe me, these are all minor details.

It was spacious and clean.
It was a bit noisy from the street but we quickly get used to it. I mean you can expect that from having busy street next to it. The view and location made up for it.

Well equiped kitchen & prompt responses from staff.
- very soft bed matress, it became uncomfortable to sleep on it after a couple of nights
- the bedroom air con was unusable, it emitted a very strong bed small, likely due to a filthy filter; fortunately, the living room air con was enough to cool down the whole apartment
- wifi did not work for most of our stay
- a few weird things, like the bed side lamps not usable because they had EU-type power cords, not UK-type to match Malta's plugs
- the apartment overall could use a bit of work: some walls are scratched, some mold spots were on the bathroom ceiling, etc...
