Very nice apartment, great location.

The location was great and the value versus staying at a hotel was well worth it. Easy walking distance to shopping and dining and having a Walmart Express across from the hotel was a bonus to buy water for the stay.

no wifi. I didn't read the amenities well enough and when I arrived I expected wifi to be standard. They should warn people that there is no wifi available in the amenities. Luckily my phone has hotspot. My mistake for assuming there was wifi.

NO LO RESERVEN! No existe ese departamento!!!

No reserven esta propiedad. El alojamiento ya no existe como tal y, al llegar, los propietarios nos informaron que habían solicitado en varias ocasiones a Booking.com que retirara el anuncio, pero este sigue apareciendo en la plataforma. Como consecuencia, si realizan una reserva y se presentan en el lugar, no podrán hospedarse allí. Debo reconocer que Booking.com me ayudó de manera eficiente a cancelar la reserva y gestionar la situación. Sin embargo, considero que los propietarios también deberían asumir responsabilidad sobre la información publicada en las distintas plataformas donde aparece el alojamiento. Además, una vez en el lugar, no recibimos ningún tipo de apoyo ni alternativa para solucionar el problema, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más frustrante.
