Nice place to stay in a great part of town

Great location but huge problems getting the key

The location was perfect and the flat was really very nice indeed, with more or less everything that you could want and very clean.

This stay was overshadowed by problems with an extra night that we had booked at the start of the trip. We were arriving around 2am and decided that we wanted to book an extra night to allow early check-in. This was all done well in advance, and a full extra day paid for. However, we were not sent the lock-box code in time to actually use it and no one answered the phone in the middle of the night, so we had to book-in to an airport hotel. The hots were very apologetic and refunded the payment for the extra night, although the refund was actually less than we paid! So the overall experience was somewhat distressing.
