Free bikes to use which were really great. Also air-conditioning in the rooms was very welcome. Big comfy beds! Great communication and friendly service. Washing machine also great and free to use.
Downstairs had good facilities but air-conditioning there would be nicer.

Both the host and his mum were incredibly attentive from the start and always willing to help in any way. The house is fantastic, beautifully renovated, and perfectly suited for a family or a group of friends, even for long stays.
Ronald’s mum welcomed us with a delicious homemade lemonade. She also owns a restaurant just behind the building, which I unfortunately didn’t have the chance to visit, but I’m certain the food is amazing—I’d love to try it next time!
The house is about a 20-minute walk from the beach, the pier, the Charles Darwin Research Station, and all the restaurants and bars along the waterfront. It’s a pleasant walk, but taking a taxi—especially during sunny hours—is a convenient option, costing only $1.50 per trip.
If you prefer to have breakfast at home, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and there is a great grocery shop and a lovely bakery just two blocks away.

Der Preis ist super. Wir waren zu zweit und jeder hatte ein separates Zimmer. Die Schlafzimmer sind ansprechend eingerichtet. Das Bad oben ist gut und sauber. Vorhandensein einer Küche gut. Nette Gastgeberin
Kücheneinrichtung (Töpfe etc) kaum nutzbar und teilweise dreckig. Verständigung war nur in spanisch möglich und die Gastgeberin ist wegen Dialektes schwer zu verstehen.
Baustelle ein Stockwerk höher, die erst bei Ankunft erwähnt wurde
