Great location in downtown Cancún, within a 10-minute walk of the main ADO bus terminal.
Located near several excellent local restaurants and eateries.
Functional basic amenities for a short or transit stay.
Clean and comfortable room.
No 24-hour reception desk; we had to pick up the keys at the restaurant downstairs (which seems to be under the same management).
Wi-Fi did not work at all during our entire stay, forcing us to rely on mobile data.
The 10-minute walk from the ADO terminal can be uncomfortable and cause you to break a sweat in Cancún’s intense heat and humidity.

Clean, comfortable stay for a night in Cancun. The owner was very friendly and showed us up to the room and everything was as expected. Combination of AC and a ceiling fan was helpful given how hot and humid it was. We were on a road with some nice cafes and restaurants as well, away from the party areas of Cancun.
