You can block the sewer system. For any damage or clog of the sewer system $ 500 fee will be applied. No parties (no loud music after 9pm). If guests are found to have a party, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges. Guests will be asked to vacate property immediately; Feel free to use the grill outside that is set up for our guests only. It is not to invite others to the home as it will be considered as hosting a party. No parties rule will apply. Propane tank is provided, but host is not responsible for refills. If the tank is empty and guest wish to use grill, guests are responsible for tank refill. Occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests.
