Enjoyed the house. Minor recommendations. Add a baking sheet or 2. Ice trays. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

This house is adorable and immaculately clean! We had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The location had easy access to the UT campus as we were there for a campus visit and football game. The host was very quick to respond when we had any questions. The TV's are huge and plentiful throughout the house. The beds are very comfortable. We were even provided Kcups and coffee creamer. We highly recommend this property!

Cute home convenient to downtown Knoxville. Great place for a family to stay for a UTK game weekend.
