We had coordinated an early check-in, but when we arrived, the house hadn’t been cleaned yet which was a miscommunication. I reached out to Catherine and she promptly responded and got the cleaners RIGHT over. The house was spotless and in wonderful condition for the rest of our stay, and it was dealt with very quickly and wonderfully. Would definitely stay again. The house was great for our girls trip. Also the beds are very comfortable!!

This was the perfect location for our mom and daughters weekend! Spacious comfortable. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer!

We had a wonderful stay for the night! We came to visit Jacob's Pillow and we loved it here. We want to come back for a longer stay. Just remember to save your info about the house because you do lose service at a certain point away from Tyrim. We got there and I couldn't access my email with the instructions. Highly recommended. Clean. Beautiful. Spacious. Welcoming. We loved it. We will be back!

What a beautiful spot for our girls' trip. Plenty of room, big, well-outfitted kitchen and lovely fireplace. We hope to come back during the summer or fall when views should be stunning.
