Very roomy and close to pool. When you type in code to door, wait until red light stops blinking, then turn the doorknob. Very good location to everything. Easy communication with owners. Exactly what we needed for the weekend. They had everything there!

This condo was nice and clean. Plenty of room for the 9 of us. Owners were quick to answer any questions we had. This condo is very well stocked with any and everything you may need plus some. The pool was a huge plus as the kids loved it being so close to this condo. The short walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all or it was a short drive with plenty of parking near the beach. I’d definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here! The owner was great! Responded quickly! The place is very cute! The only downside was the couch wasn’t very comfortable and there’s not really a lot of seating in the living room. But other than that we loved it so much!!

With the except of the train track being right behind our townhouse which they did mention, everything was perfect. We couldn’t have ask for anything more. The house was super clean. The neighbors were friendly. The location was perfect. Only disappointment was having to leave. We would have to get this spot again when in the area. Thanks so much

Clean townhome with all of the amenities you need. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a plus. Well equipped kitchen enabled us to cook meals instead of eating out every meal. Central location with a lot of fun things to do in and around the area including an hours drive to New Orleans and Daupin Island in Alabama.

I can’t imagine more accommodating hosts! Megan and Sawyer were amazing. When we told them we were traveling with an infant, they purchased a pack n play and a highchair so that we wouldn’t have to travel with ours. They had everything we needed on the property — beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, beach toys, and much more. Traveling with an infant and toddler is never easy, but these hosts made it as seamless as possible. Would definitely recommend!

My family had a wonderful time in this lovely townhouse that had everything we needed for a weekend trip to Gulfport. The owner was readily available and helpful to us and the space was updated and well kept.

Nice location. Rained most mornings while we were there but was clear in the afternoon. Air worked well which usually in most places the upstairs is usually hot Was disappointed the pool was down. Although it opened up on our last day. Both of the bikes didn't work but was replaced quickly. Service was great. Was missing some hand cloths but they were replaced within the hour. Train didn't bother us since we already live close to a train track. Overall I would recommend this place to stay.

Location was great for us. The kitchen was stocked with all of the necessities we needed. There was plenty of towels for us. I was not aware of the train that would be passing. We were gone must of the day and only heard it once at night. I would stay again.

Decided to make a small trip to Biloxi/Gulfport area for the summer after our Disney trip. The condo is in a gated community which is nice. You get an access code to get onto the community property. There is a small gate to access the beach which is a different entrance from the main entrance. And a short walk to the beach. They do provide beach wagon and an umbrella! The pool is literally steps away from the condo! This is nice because there is no bathroom at the pool. The condo was clean and had everything you really need to get by for a weekend trip. There is the train that passes RIGHT behind the condo. It did not bother us at all. The condo is in a pretty good spot. All in all I would stay here again.

My son and I came down for a relaxing get away from the Midwest. I was raised down south and call it home. It was nice to be able to come “home”, and be able to relax. The condo was exactly how it was pictured- Vicky was great with communicating- the pool was right around the corner- and the beach was just down the way. My only complaint was with Mother Nature because it stormed or rained every day we were there!

Everything you need in a kitchen. Short walk to the beach. Plenty of beach and pool items in the kitchen closet. Owner was really quick to respond to any questions I had before and during the trip.
The pool area could use some help. Pool was cloudy and green and only 2 loungers that weren't broken.
As far as the surrounding area, there are plenty of places to eat, Biloxi is a short drive along the coast (beautiful view), mall and outlet mall not too far away. We went to the Gulf Islands waterpark one day and it was nice. Took a drive (about an hour and a half) to Dauphin Island which was amazing.
We did not swim in the gulf at Gulfport bc the water was brown and dirty looking. Since it was our first time in Gulfport we didn't know what to expect, but I wouldn't recommend if you are going only for the beach, but I DO recommend this rental property

This was the perfect little get away for our family. Everyone had plenty of space, their own tvs, and bathrooms. Check in/out was easy. We had everything we could possibly need to cook, and clean. We were walking distance from the pool and beach, and there were plenty of things to do within a short drive for the family. We were very happy we chose this place.

We needed a place to sleep three families for a soccer tournament. This condo fits our needs perfectly. I realize that most people traveling to Gulfport probably are going for a vacation at the beach so I'll write with that end in mind.
The beach was a 5-minute walk away. It's hard to beat that! The condo also was equipped with two bikes and a ton of beach equipment like chairs, wagon, toys, cooler, that one could use. I found this thoughtful and considerate.
The condo's furnishings are fine and comfortable. We appreciated the kitchen as it saved us considerable money trying to feed three hungry 13 yr, old boys. The grocery store is a 5-minute drive and was very nice.
The host did an excellent job of communicating important details and providing a list of restaurants and activities. She is very quick to respond to questions and clearly has experience in how to run a 5-star VRBO experience.
If we ever return to Gulfport I would certainly stay here again and isn't that the best recommendation one can give?

We enjoyed the location of the property and the set up of the place. Very close to restaurants, convention center and beach. We actually took bikes to beach and to brunch. The bikes could use some TLC but we made them work. Overall a nice and comfy place for our family! We always need a place with more than 1 bathroom and bedroom so this definitely fit our needs! We would stay again!

Clean, well stocked, close to beach. Only downfall was the train. The train was literally less than a stones throw from the back of the condo and was very noisy. It shook the house and woke us up. Other than that, it was a really quaint and great place. Bring your earplugs!

The townhome was clean, spacious, and well-stocked with necessities. It is right by the pool and not far from the beach (though we did drive so we could park near a beach restroom). There was plenty of sleeping space for our group of 8! Vicky was great to work with! 10/10 recommend this property!

Vicky’s condo was very clean and easily accessible. Beds are comfy. Beach is a short one block walk. The complex itself is in a quiet area. As stated in other reviews, there is a train that is right behind the condo and can be loud especially for the two back bedrooms. This would not stop me from renting here again.

This property was great for our family. It was clean and well stocked, including with laundry and dish soap. It was nicely decorated and looked like it was as presented in the pictures. This unit was very close to the train tracks and the trains from the east were rather loud. It also was close to the pool which would be nice in warmer weather. We could have used more lighting in the living area for reading etc. Check in and out was very easy and Vicky was very responsive to all our needs. She was quick to answer questions from how to get in the front gait to getting the AC fixed within 2 hours of our call to her. We didn't get to use the beach toys but they were available, as were bikes. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again the next time we are in the area.

We stayed at Vicky’s property for the weekend for the Mississippi Gulf Coast Marathon. The location to the race and the restaurants was great. Our only complaint was the proximity to the train tracks. Vicky was a very responsive and helpful host. Will definitely stay there again!

Was great getting all family comfortably crashing together with our own bathrooms. Luckily we are huge fans of trains because it is close to tracks for sure but as some would hate that we loved it. Great stay will probably stay again next time we are in Biloxi it’s close to everything you need and short walk to beach.

I truly enjoyed our stay here. The property was very clean and I felt relaxed. The owner even checked in with me to make sure all was well. The location is very central so you can get to alot of businesses in a short amount of time.
