We do NOT allow parties so please do NOT book if you plan to have a party or to have friends over. EXTRA GUESTS - Please make sure that you have made your reservation for the correct number of guests as I do charge an extra guest fee in lieu of a larger cleaning fee. No additional guests are allowed that are not included in the reservation. If there are additional guests not listed on your reservation you will be charged. NO PARTIES - Parties, events, and gatherings are not allowed (unless previously agreed upon, in writing, at the time of booking). Please mention if you plan to have guests over who are not included in your reservation. RESPECT - As with anywhere you stay, please be respectful of the property and people you encounter. Treat the home as you would if it belonged to a close friend. QUIET HOURS - Quiet hours between 10pm-7am. Please be respectful of your neighbors. NO SMOKING - Smoking is not permitted inside! Make sure doors and windows are closed if smoking outside (and dispose of butts in the trash bins outside). PESTS - The house is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking. NO PETS - Pets are not allowed.
